Demon Killer Flame 316L Stainless Steel Wire (10ft Spool)

The Demon Killer Flame Wire is 316L Stainless Steel and comes in a 10ft spool. The spool comes in a cool tin box which also includes a simple coil jig and a handy T-shape screwdriver. This stainless steel wire is available in a variety of different styles. Stainless Steel 316L Wire can be used in both Wattage Mode and Stainless Steel Temperature Control Mode.

Making vape coils with Stainless Steel Wire wire is really very easy. Use a little screwdriver or a vape coil jig (jig included) to tightly make your wraps. Most coils are wound at around 3mm (approx. 2-3.5mm) in diameter and this will depend on the amount of available space on your vape tank coil build deck. If you are using a suitable gauged wire then coils usually have about 5 wraps, but anything from 3 to 7 wraps can also work. The more wraps you make the higher the resistance will be.

Making your own vape coils can take a little bit practice to get it right, but the advantage is that you have full control of the coil resistance and you can tweak the wicking to ensure the e-liquid reaching the coil perfectly. Stainless Steel Wire is a (heating) resistance wire and is widely used in the vape industry.

Vape resistance wire with a lower (lower numbers) gauge is thicker and will have a lower resistance than the higher (higher numbers) gauge wire, which are thinner. Resistance wire gauges is represented with either GA or AWG.

The Demon Killer Flame Wire comes in a number of different coils configurations. Each configuration has a central core with one or more wires and a thinner (or higher) gauge wire wrapped around it.
