MASSIVE HERB CHAMBER

The Classic Volcano’s easy valve filling chamber can hold up to 1 gram of herb for larger sessions or to fill multiple balloons. Don’t feel like you have to do the entire chamber in one go, you can fill one bag and leave the rest for later. Just make sure to remove the chamber from the heater after each use. DIAL IN YOUR TEMPERATURE

You control the temperature of the Volcano Classic with the control knob. Each number on the Volcano corresponds to a set temperature range: 130C, 142C, 154C, 166C, 178C, 190C, 202C, 214C, 226C. You are able to dial in the temperature between settings as well, it’s not as precise as a digital display but just as reliable reliable.

How To Use: Volcano Classic Vaporizer

Please read the instructions provided in the box before using the Volcano Classic Vaporizer.

Step 1: Setting up the device

Place the Volcano Classic on a stable and flat surface. Connect the vaporizer to an electrical outlet within easy reach and activate the vaporizer by using the power switch or button.

Step 2: Filling the Chamber

Grind your dry herbs and gently pack it onto the heating chamber, be mindful not to overpack it as it is essential to leave enough space for proper airflow and vapor production. Turn the filling chamber cap counterclockwise in order to remove it from the filling chamber.

Step 3: Setting the temperature

Select the desired temperature based on your preferences and the type of herbs you are using. Lower temperatures around 165°C – 180°C offer more flavorful vapor, while higher temperatures around 190°C – 210°C provide denser vapor clouds. Turn the temperature dial to your chosen setting and let the vaporizer heat up. The Volcano Classic has a temperature indicator light that turns off when the desired temperature is reached.

Step 3: Filling the valve balloon

Attach the valve balloon bag to the top of the Volcano Classic using the valve. Turn on the air fan by pressing the fan button, and the balloon will gradually fill with vapor. You can control the fan speed using the fan button.

Step 4: Detaching the balloon

Once the balloon is filled with vapor, turn off the fan and detach the balloon from the vaporizer.

Step 5: Inhaling

The balloon is now filled with vapor. Hold the balloon’s mouthpiece to your lips and inhale gently.

How To Clean: Volcano Classic Vaporizer

Before starting the cleaning process, make sure your Volcano Classic has cooled down completely. Unplug the vaporizer from the power source and separate the valve balloon.

Step 1: Disassemble the filling chamber/filling screen

Filling chamber: Use the handle of the cleaning brush to gently push the upper screen downwards and out. Slide the cap ring off, then carefully push the cap cylinder downward to remove it.

Filling Screen: Push the lower screen upward to remove it from the filling chamber cylinder, then press the filling chamber cylinder upward to detach it from the filling chamber house.

Step 2: Cleaning the valve

Soak the valve parts in a container with isopropyl alcohol for about 30 minutes as this helps dissolve any residue. After soaking, use a soft brush or cotton swab to gently scrub the valve parts, and rinse with warm water to remove the alcohol and residue.

Step 3: Drying the components

Let all parts air dry completely before reassembling. Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the longevity and performance of your Volcano Classic.
