Kaiju Coils – Super Aliens 0.11ohm

The coils are made with Nichrome 80 and have an internal diameter is 3mm. The Super Aliens 0.11ohm coil configuration is 2 x 0.3 (28GA) 0.1 x 0.3 (38GA x 28GA) and the resistance is approximately 0.11ohms for a dual coil build. This coil configuration has a stack of 7 ribbon wires (0.1 x 0.3) in the center of the coil, with one 28GA wire on either side of the stack and then the stack of ribbon wires and the two 28GA wires on either side are all wrapped with a wavy 38GA wire. The wavy wire is pre-prepared by wrapping the 38GA wire around another single wire and then removing this 38GA wire from the wrap and scratching it out before using it again to make the wrap on the alien coil.
