510 PEN BATTERY

The 510 PEN BATTERY is designed to be used with 510 threaded oil cartridges. It is a 380mAh battery device with 3 output levels and a preheat function. This battery works perfectly with oil cartridges up to 11.2mm and can be conveniently charged via the USB-C port located at the bottom of the battery using the included cable.

The 3 voltage output levels offer greater control over the amount of vapour your cartridge produces. Adjusting the voltage level is easy with the single button control – simply click the button three times to switch between the voltage settings. When changing the voltage level the button light will flash the colour representing the voltage level: white for 2.7V, blue for 3.1V, and red for 3.6V.

The preheat function is used to warm the oil in the cartridge before use. Heating the oil makes it thinner and enhances the coil’s efficiency in converting the oil into vapour. Preheat can also help unblock the cartridge, although excessive heat can lead to the oil becoming too thin, increasing the chances of leakage. To activate preheat, click the button twice rapidly. The preheat cycle will gradually heat the cartridge coil by pulsing it at 1.8V for approximately 15 seconds. During a preheat cycle, the button light will gently flash through the voltage colours and the cycle can be stopped at any time by pressing the button once.

Press and hold the button when taking a draw with the 510 PEN BATTERY and click the button 5 time rapidly to turn the device ON and OFF.

How To Use: 510 PEN BATTERY

1. CONNECT THE OIL CARTRIDGE
   • Screw the into the 510 PEN BATTERY.
   • Note: Do not over tighten the cartridge.
2. TURN THE DEVICE ON AND OFF
   • Press the button rapidly 5 times to turn ON and OFF
3. PREHEAT THE CARTRIDGE
   • Press the rapidly 2 time to start the preheat cycle.
   • Preheat is used to thin the oil prior to use, ensuring vaporisation efficiency.
   • Note: Overheating the oil can cause cartridge to leak.
   • Note: Thicker oil or oil that is cooler may require more than one preheat cycle.
4. SET THE VOLTAGE OUTPUT LEVEL
   • Press the button rapidly 3 times to set the voltage level.
   • The button light will flash the colour representing the voltage level: white for 2.7V, blue for 3.1V, and red for 3.6V.
   • Note: Higher voltage levels can increase the chances of the coil in the cartridge burning.
   • Note: Higher voltages can also cause the oil to over heat, increasing the chances of leaking.
5. INHALE
   • Press the button while inhaling.
   • Note: Take a steady controlled draw. Rigorous inhalations or consecutive use can cause leaking.
